Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after the regular business hours will be processed the next business day.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended to 3-5 business days. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays to your order.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer three shipping options for international orders. All shipping options include a tracking number that will be sent to your email address once your order has been shipped.

Important Shipping Restrictions
Economy Shipping Exclusions
Our Economy Shipping service cannot be delivered to any overseas territories, dependencies, or remote regions of the following countries:
- United Kingdom (including but not limited to: Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Gibraltar, Falkland Islands, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands)
- United States (including but not limited to: Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands)
- France (including but not limited to: French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte, New Caledonia, French Polynesia)
- Australia (including but not limited to: Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Norfolk Island)
- New Zealand (including but not limited to: Cook Islands, Niue, Tokelau)
- Netherlands (including but not limited to: Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten)
- Denmark (including but not limited to: Greenland, Faroe Islands)
If you place an order for Economy Shipping to any of these excluded locations, we will contact you to either upgrade your shipping to Standard or Express, or cancel your order for a full refund.
If you do not see the Economy Shipping option available for your location at checkout, please contact our customer service team (Likshaveware@163.com). We will verify if Economy Shipping is available for your address and provide you with the corresponding pricing and estimated delivery time.
Additional Restrictions
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or military bases via Express Shipping
- Some items may be restricted from shipping to certain countries due to local customs regulations
- We reserve the right to refuse shipping to any location at our discretion
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and visiting the "Order History" section.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website. If you do not see any updates after 48 hours, please contact our customer service team.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about potential charges before placing your order.
Please note that we are required by law to declare the full value of your order on the customs form. We cannot mark packages as "gifts" or undervalue the merchandise to avoid customs fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately at [your email address]. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
For lost packages:
- We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf
- If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement order at no additional cost
For damaged packages:
- Please provide photos of the damaged packaging and the damaged items
- We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you or issue a full refund
Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at [your email address]. We can only change the address before the order has been shipped.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
